Still more to be thankful for

Reasons 61-64
61-I'm thankful that Bible studies started up again on Monday nights with Father Hugh. He is such a good man with a big heart and a deep knowledge of the Bible.
62-I'm thankful for the classes I have this semester. I love each one of them.
63-I'm really thankful for the opportunities I had this week to read to children. It is so fun to read to them and to see their interactions with the texts.
64-I'm thankful for the ways that James takes care of me. He made me dinner for after class and it was really good and so thoughtful of him.

Continuing to be thankful (Reasons 58-60)

Reason 58: I'm thankful that I have been able to see a few of my old customers so that I can share with them that I'll be moving on from Starbucks soon.
Reason 59: I'm thankful that we have such a nice wine country in our back yard basically. James and I had a lot of fun going on a mini wine tour and it made me think of how people always talk about going to tour wineries in Napa or perhaps the Columbia Valley or in Italy or France and here just a half hour drive or so away we have several wineries all with really good wine and very friendly staff. It was a lot of fun!
Reason 60: I am very thankful that I've been given an opportunity to work with children and to get paid to do so. I had my first day at my new job and I loved it. I got to play UNO and LEGOS and read and laugh and it was awesome!

Reason 57/365

Today I am thankful that I was able to purchase all of my books for this semester for under $50! Given the high cost of books for school I feel really blessed.

Reason 56/365 (Thankfulness)

Today I'm really thankful that I have 3 fun and engaging classes this semester. I'm really looking forward to learning a lot this semester!

Reason 55/365 (To Be Thankful...)

Today I am thankful that I have a badge that proves I'm now an employee of the Boise School District. I feel so official!

Thankfulness continued...

Many have expressed how thankful/encouraged they've been to see my thankful posts on facebook. Since I'm shutting down my account on there the thankfulness will continue on here. Plus I will do my best every-now-and-then to post other things here too. So let's continue starting at Reason 54/365: Today I am thankful that I am so supported in my choice to take this new job...to take a risk and to leave all that I've known for so long behind. Risks are much easier taken with support of others!
